Not sure if I am the only one having this issue but the notification button is broken. It pretty much displays random numbers. I have seen 6, 2, 5, and 7 displayed as notifications, and each time, only one (1) actual notification has been there.

The whole things shit the bed. I just took a break to check out whats up and the first post was the same as an hour ago. I hit refresh and there's all new stuff.

I have experienced the same thing. Had 1 notification, it said I had 2.

Strange. I've been getting notifications all morning and they're all spot on. Can you clear your cache and restart your browser for starters? Thanks!

What page/blog are you on when you check?

Usually Jalopnik, but it happened once on Oppositelock and one on Life Hacker

Just happened to me once on Oppo. When you replied to me here, though, it correctly showed only 1 notification. Maybe just a fleeting error.

I think it might be sub-blogs - maybe just Oppo. Don't quote me, but I just saw 1 reply notification on Oppo and 3 on Gizmodo, so I think that could be the culprit. Thanks for the feedback. We'll make a note and investigate. Keep in mind even though other blogs have had Tiger for a bit, a larger deployment will involve GM-wide kinks. Thanks!

OK I'll make a note of this and we can investigate and check later. Might be day 1 deployment glitches. Thanks!

Without changing browsers or clearing cookies / cache, this has not happened again, yet. But I do have a new issue. When creating a post, I click the little arrow next to "publish" to change from "private" to "public". upon clicking on public, the box turns from orange to blue (as it should) but the drop down menu never disappears. I can click publish, but the menu just stays there until the page refreshes.

1. Good to hear!

2. That's not good to hear. I'll add this to the list of launch day bugs. Thanks!
